This year playboard`s having a 10 year anniversary. It was started by some idealists in Oslo, and got taken over by me, Bjarne Bergsager, Rune Feyling and Ole C. Petterson about 5 years ago. I`ve art directed 20ish issues of the magazine, but now it`s over for my part. I was retired a few weeks ago.

A bit sad, since I`ve put alot of my identity into what playboard is today – not to mention the other way around.

My experiment with grapes seem to have been successful, perhaps I should start a wineyard and forget this silly designbusiness for good?

It`s also fun to scare kids who mooch of the apples in my garden – look at that guy with the apple in his mouth. That look is priceless.

13. September.

It`s been a little while since the last update, and the reason is that I somehow lost my camera in the mess I still like to call my home. Yesterday I found it again, and here`s some pictures I took about 2 weeks ago.

After this I spent about a week putting litex on the walls and getting membran all over the walls. Unfortunatly I don`t have any pictures of that bloody mess.

11. September

since last we`ve gotten a new concrete floor, new sheetrock ceiling, and some beams up that hopefully will be actual walls at some point.

After the floor was laid down my father informed me that it will take 6 weeks until it`s dry. that`s 6 additional weeks without bathroom, kitchen or… well.. a home.

My personal hygiene has degenerated to the level that I don`t care when I`m dirty anymore. Showering a couple of times a week seems to be enough right now. Atleast for me, not sure if my girlfriend would agree – if she was here.

30. August.

Now the roof is gone too, and all the good old isolation/dust/concrete that was hiding there. Me and my father was itching for about a week while doing that job – never again.

This weekend my girlfriend Henriette/Henna is visiting from Oslo to help me out, I guess we could have done a lot more if we did`nt go to that party on friday – but then again we would`nt had that much fun.

My girlfriend convinced me to go to a wedding in a very nice place, with lots of nice people. It even turned out the couple that got married was very nice. Almost too much niceness for me, so I went out into the woods and took these photos.

Tearing up the concrete floor with a crowbar, a jackhammer and some finely tuned straightedge musclepower.

PS. This is NOT as easy as it may look.
